Adolescence is a time of major transition. As teens begin to form their own identities, they often face increasing emotional, social, academic, and personal pressures. Therapy offers a safe, confidential space for youth to explore these challenges with the support of a therapist.
My goal is to support youth in building trust and connection. I understand that youth need to feel respected and heard. I work collaboratively with each young person, meeting them where they are and helping them make sense of their experiences.
I support teens work through a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and depression
School stress and academic pressures
Peer and family relationship difficulties
Low self-esteem and self-worth
Coping with life transitions, grief, or trauma
Therapy also focuses on building essential life skills, such as emotional regulation, healthy communication, and decision-making.
